If for you're not happy with the content that was delivered by a hired creator and a resolution between both parties can not be resolved, the FameBit Team is happy to help. The typical process is we will look at campaign details, workroom conversations, and the final content to see if the creator met the expectations that were established throughout the process. In cases where a creator did not meet outlined expectations, we will either credit your account back or work with the creator to make the necessary changes to make both parties happy.

It's important to note that creators want you to walk away happy as they want to work with you again! Outlined below are some tips on how to make sure the content delivered not only meets but exceeds your expectations!

PRO TIPS

Communication is Key!

Creating great content that both parties love all comes down to communication. The clearer you can be writing your talking points and content expectations that happier you will be in the long run. It's always better to ask clarifying questions before content is produced so that you can feel confident that you're going to get exactly what you expect.

Organic Content > Commercials

When creating branded content try and give us much creative control to the creator as possible. Creators know their audience and their audience has set expectations on what to expect from the creators they have grown to love.

Viewers watch and follower creators to be entertained and to learn, they do not come to watch commercials, so trust that the creator you have hired knows how to position your product best to their audience.

This is not to say that you shouldn't give talking points or help guide the content the creator it's just to say that when possible give the creator you hire creative freedom to talk to their audience in a way that they believe will resonate best.

Edits

It's always much easier to edit out content than to add in. Adding more content into a video is often extremely difficult to make look natural as lighting, setups and clothing all typically change. These factors make it extremely difficult to add in content, so be sure you provide details as many details to the creator up front to avoid confusion down the road.

On the flip side editing out information can typically be easily done and when asking for something to be removed you should expect it to be if the request is within reason.

At the end of the day, the goal for everyone involved is to get content right the first time! After all, time is money! However, if you do need help resolving an issue please get in touch!
