ABOUT REVIEWS

As with any great marketplace, reviews and ratings are extremely important. They instill trust while enforcing honesty and good behavior on both sides of any marketplace. Which is why we have added the ability for both brands and creators to rate and review each other after a campaign has been completed.

Reviews are based on a 5-star scale and also allow for either party to leave comments.

HOW TO LEAVE A REVIEW AS A BRAND

Once a campaign has been completed both the brand and creator will have a chance to leave a review on how everything went.

To leave a review, go to your Dashboard and use the drop down to sort to Content Approved. From there you'll see any content that has been completed along with a Review Button. You will also receive a pop-up notification immediately after you click approve on a piece of content which will allow you to leave a review.

You may also review a Creator that has been canceled and refunded. To do so, go to your Dashboard then Filter to Canceled and Refunded and repeat the steps above.

Click Review and from there simply click how many stars you want to assign and leave any additional comments and you're set.

LEAVING A RATING AS A CREATOR

As a Creator, you will be able to review any brand you've been hired for and completed content with by simply going to your Dashboard and then filtering to Content Approved. This list will show you all the Brands you've worked with and allow you to leave your ratings on your experience.

You may also review a Brand in a situation where the campaign has been canceled. To do so, go to your Dashboard then Filter to Content Canceled and repeat the steps above.

WHERE ARE RATINGS SHOWN?

Creator ratings are shown to brands on the creator search page, on creator profiles and on submitted creator proposals. If the creator has not received a rating it will simply state "Not Yet Rated". This does not mean the Creator hasn't been hired before, but simply that they have not been previously rated.

Brand ratings are shown when clicking Send Proposal or View Details while browsing Sponsorships as well as listed below the brand's avatar in your sent proposal list.

CAN I SEE WHAT I'VE BEEN RATED?

Currently, neither brands or creators can currently see what their rating is. If there are repeat issues with an account we will reach out to address any issues to see if we can help resolve them
