You've hired a creator (or two), and it's been awhile since they have responded.  You're not able to wait any longer and would like a refund so you can allocate your budget to someone that is more responsive.  So how do you request a refund?  

  1.  Let your creator know in a new workroom message that you're going to cancel the partnership and will request a refund.
  2.  Reach out to support@famebit.com and attach the workroom URL link of the creator you want to cancel.  Let us know the reason for this refund and cancelation.
  3.  We'll process your refund and send a receipt to your email.  Refunds arrive 5-10 business days.

Workrooms expire 6 months after you open them.  At the end of 6 months if your creator has not fulfilled their work, you have within the next 6 months to ask for a refund.  Essentially, you have 1 year from the date you open the workroom to reach out to cancel a workroom and get your refund.  If after 1 year you do not ask for your refund, this is forfeit to FameBit's escrow.
